Absolutely love my nails and toes! The staff were friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Everything turned out beautiful, and the salon was clean and welcoming. I left feeling pampered and couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
Shellac started peeling and chipping within 20 hours of application. This is unacceptable quality for a paid professional service. I returned to address the issue and requested to speak with a manager, but staff claimed there was no manager available. Very unprofessional handling of a legitimate concern. Poor workmanship, poor service, and disappointing overall experience
The lady didn’t do the nails even as in the same length, shape, size and the acrylic/nail tip didn’t even cover a small part of the side of my nail as the rest. They weren’t good at all and some crooked. They were all really nice but I wouldn’t go again. I got super short nails and one plain color and they were $65 plus I tipped $13 because I know that’s part of how they make their money but the pricing is insane for how short and basic the nails i got. That’s the price I pay anywhere else for medium/long nails no design or anything. If you want PERFECT nails and I mean PERFECT THE BEST NAILS GOTO SO POSH NAILS IN WEBBER GREENS. It’s 10 mins away same prices but they do incredible nails there. I regret not going to them in the first place. I was just nearby and they werent busy. SO POSH nails Webber greens is by far the best in Edmonton.
I have been going to this nail salon for almost 5 years, and it truly feels like a second home. Over the years, I’ve had eyebrow waxing, manicures, pedicures, and acrylic nails done here, and I have always been happy with the results. I used to bring my father-in-law with me for pedicures, and the ladies took such wonderful care of him. Their kindness and attention meant so much to our family. It’s hard to find a really good nail salon, and this one is special. Lan is my go to for getting my nails done. She does an amazing job with designs, I can show her a picture I found on Pinterest and my nails always look exactly like the picture when she’s finished. She always knows what I like and how I like my nails done, and she even remembers the colour numbers I’ve used from months ago! Every visit feels welcoming and comfortable, and I truly feel like family when I’m there. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service, consistency, and genuine care.
This Q-Nails is my absolute favourite salon! I have been to countless salons and this location has never disappointed! I walk away always loving my nails and I have great conversations with staff! They’re polite and welcoming right as you come in and so kind and take great care during appointment. I am very picky about my acrylic nails and I have never received such responsive service❤️ shout out to Hanna! She is so talented, kind and hard working!!
